I'm sure all you lovely new forum members are about to pick up the phone and call the men in the white coats to take us away! The madness started a good while ago (on the old forum) at a time when most of us were so fed up with applying for DLA, being turned down, appealing, and all the stress/flaring that went with it, that we decided it was about time we tried to have a laugh occasionally. Julie M came up with the idea of a daily story about the "Secret of the Mysterious DLA Forms" and things progressed from there. In our "quest" for the secret, we "travelled" to Arabia, Blackpool, and all points in between as well. Last year, as we are unable to take part in very much of a strenuous nature, we decided to invent our own Olympics - tin traying and such like and the "Tassels for Swap" is just another step on from there! Anyone who is slightly(?) crazy - please join in, The more the merrier!

Hi Jean,

It's all in good fun though, this had me in stitches when I first read it. What is it they say " Laughter is the best medicine " Long may we all continue with the fun side of things. Hope your well. Lorna x Smile

I'm so hung over from last night I can't think of anything suitable to say. I am never going out with you lot again. I would NEVER leave anyone tied to the underside of the pier when the tide was coming in. Shocking behaviour - thank goodness I had Lyn's scissors or I would be there still.

AHEM! Don't you go blaming me for all this--- just because you're out on parole now.
